tonight i will attempt to make eel (thanks to shawn for the instructions):
step 1: buy eel, kabayaki sauce, sansho (japanese seasoning), and japanese rice at japanese supermarket.
step 2: transport goodies to a me-friendly kitchen.
step 3: cook japanese rice in rice cooker, read instructions on how much water to use.
step 4: put eel (with bag) into boiling water for two or three minutes.
step 5: put freshly bathe eel into toaster oven for several minutes to make it more crunchy.
step 6: put crunchied (is that a word?) eel, on top of a bed of japanese rice.
step 7: pour kabayaki sauce on to said eel and rice.
step 8: sprinkle some sansho on top.
step 9: serve and enjoy.
we'll see how that goes.
