i was at best buy last night (actually more like two nights ago since it's already thursday morning), hoping to get a copy of "about a boy" and/or "the good girl" on dvd. the strange thing was that the one i went to, up in hastings ranch, didn't have it. not only didn't they have it, but they didn't have much of anything. it was quite shocking to see that a number of shelves were empty. you would think that since it was tuesday, they would have the new music and movies that came out that day. but no, they didn't have anything of the sort. i just hope that the problem is with re-stocking the inventory and not because they are shutting the store down.

i miss helsinki in birmingham.
